Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Documentation and Information Management Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17077712 Description Job Purpose: ICG KYC BSU function within the ISG utility of ICG O&T. Responsible for the approval process of the KYC Record within Citi’s KYC risk management program. The unit is responsible for ensuring compliance with both local regulatory requirements and Citigroup standards for Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Job Background/context: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Case Managers ensuring oversight over their daily functions and daily checking and feedback on the quality of Case Manager completions. The candidate will assist the Section Manager and Operations Manager in the leadership function within the department. Key Responsibilities: Providing front line administrative support to the Senior Managers – including calendar management, appointment planning, travel arrangements and telephone cover Lead function people strategy including VOE and training needs including manager development initiatives and communication across the function. Provide Region wide support to BSU heads in country relating to cross region activities. Making complex arrangements/bookings for travel, preparing and distributing travel schedules/agendas etc. Processing and submission of expenses (Concur Web T&E) Visitor Assistance (Organising Security Passes, TI Access & Catering Booking) Maintaining Regional Org Charts Maintaining Absenteeism Reports Producing presentations for management when required Balance delivery of key tasks, prioritising work according to business pressures and deliverables Pro-active handling of phone queries and ensuring first class experience for all visitors Conference room bookings Coordinate events, meetings, town/village halls via Video conferencing with prominent high level clients, making all necessary arrangements, preparing advance documentation Liaison with wider business leaders within the region and globally Any other tasks as may be necessary from time to time Developmental value Great opportunity to gain experience in supporting function senior manager and Ops Managers in leading People Management, training, VOE and function wide initiatives. Qualifications Person Specification Knowledge/Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in banking or finance 2-5 years people management experience Experience in administrative roles (HR or people strategy experience an advantage). Knowledge and experience of the technologies and processes used in Citi Knowledge of AML policies and regulatory requirements Considerable experience of dealing with senior management in a multi-function environment Skills: Leadership and Motivational skills Innovation and change management Process re-engineering and improvement Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels within the organization. Change management and implementation Excellent people management experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient use of Microsoft Applications ( Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project ) Project Management Skills MIS and metrics and efficiency analysis skills Qualifications: University degree in Law, Business/Finance, Math, Economics. Competencies: Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames Accuracy and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Minimum supervision with self-directed, project management skills Strong organizational and planning Pro-active, flexible, have good organizational skills and must be team player. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
