Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17074492 Description Description The FRSS group is looking for a highly independent individual to support data management projects. You will be responsible for consulting, defining, leading implementation of data management end-to-end solutions. Requires strong analytical skills with a robust working knowledge on Retail CCAR/Basel requirements and related Risk Management practices are a must. In addition, excellent analytical ability, work in a team environment, implementing system data controls, investigate the root causes of problems, track and follow up on issues, and demonstrate overall high pro-activity. Excellent interpersonal skills are required given the high level of interaction with senior members, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Specific responsibilities include: (a) Execute Retail CCAR/Basel Data Trace project to ensure that the Critical Data Elements beginning from source systems and data fields and ending in the submission files are complete, accurate, reliable, and in compliance with the Business/FRB Requirements. (b) Development of variance and trend analysis and further resulting deep dives into specific areas of interest (c) Work with various businesses, Tech , Analytic and Risk to understand the impact of various data trace issues around CCAR data. (d) Develop a strong working relationship with technology, Consumer Risk, Testing and Finance teams. Qualifications Qualifications -Big Data Development experience using Hive and/or Spark, Understand data movements and data issues in the big data ecosystem, working experience of Java, any ETL (Abinitio, Informatica), Linux, and Oracle is required so to understand the rules. -Experience in Retail CCAR/Basel requirements, processing and reporting -Strong ability to comprehend complex Risk and Financial systems and processes -High level competency in translating business requirements and issues into IT solutions, including opportunity identifications, requirements documentation, delivery, support and analysis. -Exceptional knowledge in data quality methodologies, this includes route cause analysis, implementing solutions and monitoring progress. -Experience in system architecture, design, SDLC, analysis, testing and support. – Clear ability to analyze complex processes and data -Perform research to achieve data issues resolution. This also requires SQL database knowledge to facilitate research. -Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines – Deep knowledge of project management tools and practices – Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services required – Ability to partner with others to optimize results -Ability to consistently produce high quality work, fine-tuned to the audience Primary Location: TBD Schedule : Full-time Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree Shift : Day Job Employee Status : TBD Travel : No
