Job Description

Description Assists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies. Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery. Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment. Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output. Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously. Prepares and processes program billing. Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs. Provides user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field) 2+ years Customer Service related experience. Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes. Knowledge of PC office software tools. Excel Intermediate Good knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good organizational and project management skills. Strong customer service skills. Coding experience a plus.
