Primary Location: United States,Florida,Tampa Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: Yes, 10 % of the Time Job ID: 17052411 Description Finance & Risk Share Services (FRSS) is a part of Citi Shared Services (CSS), and is responsible for delivering Financial, Regulatory and Risk Reporting solutions to all of Citi businesses and regions through four global Citi Service Centers (CSCs), located strategically in Tampa (USA), Manila (Philippines), Mumbai (India) and San Jose (Costa Rica). The position is for a Business Analyst for Citi Finance and Risk Share Services (FRSS). Candidates should be able to understand business processes and data captured in the systems, ultimate use of the information, and how it is controlled, parsed, and adjusted as it is transferred among various systems. This Solutions Analyst will work for FRSS Global System Operations and will provide a key role supporting and developing process standardization, automation, and compliance. The analyst will also be responsible for establishing processes and coordinating the collection of data, tracking, and analysis of key metrics. Duties will also include managing projects and providing status updates to FRSS Global System Operations Global Process Lead and Regional Process Leads. Detailed Job Expectations: The analyst should be able to understand complex business processes and the data captured in the systems, ultimate use of the information, and how it is controlled, parsed, and adjusted as it is transferred among various systems. Must have good organizational skills, be analytical, and be able to interact with all levels of management. Needs professional quality verbal and written communication skills. • Support highly visible, global complex projects, initiatives, and programs to ensure end-to-end readiness • Develop and maintain project plans outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items, actions, risk and issue logs • U nderstand and develop a process flow of complex systems that provides insight into how impacts will ripple across a system or systems • Able to find and articulate complex patterns, structures, and relationships across platforms , projects problems, and task domains and develop simplified process flow(s) and use that diagram to make valid inferences about the behavior of the system or process • Partner with functional teams to identify and escalate critical issues for resolution and efficiency • Identifies opportunities to further facilitate efficiency, as well as improve overall quality of analysis to support business reviews. • Recommend process re-engineering • Resolve and drives resolution of complex and non-complex issues • Perform deeper trend analysis and ad hoc reporting to support business reviews. • Identify and escalate issues associated with breaks in data and processes flows and makes proposals for remediation. · Coordinate SMEs and stakeholders · Ensure plans count with appropriate milestones aligned to objectives · Ensure milestones and activity details are agreed and signed off by stakeholders · Collect status, estimates, work plans, resource plans, issues and risks logs · Consolidate and present information in a standard manner · Analyze data collected from program status information comparing results with baseline · Centralize and publish information. Qualifications • Minimum 5 plus years of experience working on projects as a project manager or tech lead, specifically in the accounting/banking domain • Proficient with the project life cycle for large scale projects • Leadership and strong communication skills. • Good program/project management and planning disciplines • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details • Strong team player and the ability to influence partners • Bachelor’s degree or proven extended work history • Ability to quickly understand accounting principles to build a comprehensive understanding of project stakeholders, subject matter, and priorities • Good communication and presentation skills, both oral and written • Willingness to accept challenges and drive to resolution while creating positive relationships • Must be self-driven and deliver results based on agreed targets • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Work comfortably and effectively with minimum supervision • Work with peer teams in both local and diverse regional offices • Ability to work through difficult situations in a fast paced/challenging environment • Experience with SharePoint, VBX, SQL, and reporting tools • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
