Primary Location: Colombia Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Bus Strategy, Planning & Admin Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: Yes, 25 % of the Time Job ID: 17076007 Description Job Purpose : The primary responsibility of this position is to provide coordination, management and oversight of all in business control, administrative and commercial activities related to the implementation of the business goals for GSG Latin America Job Background/context: Business Management is focused on the administrative management supporting the GSG Latin America Region Head to devise strategies and formulate initiatives to ensure promptly and accurate execution of the Revenue Plan, Sector Initiatives and Goals Key Responsibilities Defined : Main Liaison between GSG Latin America Region Head and GSG Heads, PAMs, RAMs, SAMs and Product Partners. Accountability for administrative tasks and related activities in partnership with ICG / CIB/GSG Heads and Relationship Managers Agree the future vision with GSG Region Head, PAMs, RAMs, SAMs and Product Partners. Agrees the trend and direction to be given to each product within the GSG space, assigning priorities and developing communication campaigns, making sure those definitions are shared / owned by the GSG country Coordinator Work closely with Senior Management on defining, documenting, implementing, and tracking metrics Organize meetings with Senior Management as well as ICG / CIB/GSG Heads to review objectives and goals. Conduct deep dives of particular business items when necessary and deliver findings Compile and deliver presentations to the Senior Management Aligned the teams with the GSG Region Strategy by cascading scorecard and goals to all GSG Bankers (RAMs/SAMs/Client Desk SAMs) Drive franchise growth by prioritizing key client segments: a) Regional Coverage: RAMs & National Desk subsidiaries, b) Grow & Acquire subsidiaries, and c) EM / Multilatinas subsidiaries Lead the planning, execution and presentations of the GSG Latam Regional Account Plans along with the Wallet Sizing process, covering ~38% of GSG Latam FY’17 Revenues Definition and rollout of the Client portfolio coverage prioritization (GAME Plan). Assess L3 GAME Plan in close coordination with PAM´s team and Product Partners Assess the revenue plan across all coverage layers (RAMs, SAMs and Client Management) Coordinate the promptly and accurate execution of Client segmentation & prioritization strategies for EMCs and Large GSG names in both, inbound and outbound flows and revenue generation Jointly define scorecards + strategy with our product partners to build client centric organization model Product Deepening campaigns to boost cross sell, maximize share of wallet and accomplish product revenue plans (TTS, Markets- FXLM) Consolidates and keeps track of the country’s GSG pipeline execution and proactively participates in all pipeline meetings involving GSG. Periodically asses GSG´s franchise reviews for Latin America countries Ensure alignment, connectivity and team work between coverage layers (RAMs, country SAMs, Bankers covering GSG accounts and Client Desk) as well as TTS & Markets Product Partners / RSU in small revenue generating countries after GSG Coverage Model implementation in order to achieve 2018 Revenue Plan. Countries under scope: Uruguay, Paraguay, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago, Bahamas and Jamaica Coordinate the promptly execution / discipline of all client sales management disciplines including: account planning, share of wallet, call reporting, lead generation, pipeline management and revenue ramp up exercise within/for the GSG Region Keeps track of the segment’s key drivers and metrics to boost the growth of the business (assets, liabilities, revenues, RZN, spreads, attrition, wallet share, etc.) to ensure goals are met and strategic/timely decisions are made Work closely with Finance and CIB Latam Planning teams on annual budgets and forecasts, analysis of monthly/quarterly revenue, expense, wallet share, assets and headcount data for the Latin America Franchise Proactively communicates all relevant business information (metrics, performance, news, etc.) to all GSG Heads and Bankers across the Region as well as CIB Heads and Product Partners Oversee the day-to-day activities of the GSG Latin America employees and operations, ensuring strict compliance with all Citi policies Appoint Market Makers/Sector responsible across the GSG/CIB community to lead content and strategic initiatives across the clusters/countries. Acts as link between the Coverage and Product teams providing ‘network’ to facilitate. Communication to ensured consistent service to our GSG clients Completing performance evaluations, developing policies and delegating tasks to GSG Heads Promotes the execution of the GSG Protocol as well as the Global, Regional and Local initiatives pertaining GSG; focusing on policies and procedures Work confidentially on issues related to departmental budget, headcount, and staff planning Liaise with Human Resources to create and run trainings and educational programs for staff; handle hiring decisions and deliver new hire training for GSG employees Motivating GSG staff to ensure revenue growth targets, customer loyalty and overall customer satisfaction Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: Highly motivated and experienced senior person to ensure the execution of GSG Latin America goals The individual should have a financial sales background preferably within Banking, Risk Management and Transaction Services Ability to work within a matrix organization and partner effectively with product partners and Banking colleagues Strong Leader to efficiently manage teams Focused and able to operate at all levels, with knowledge of the markets & culture as well as the relevant Banking products Ability to give constructive feedback and manage conflict effectively Ability to make decisions with a clear focus on all potential consequences Strong communication / presentation skills (both written & verbal) Analytical skills: quickly assimilating new information, differentiating which facts are relevant or not Flexibility and adaptability Skills : Excellent communication and solid decision-making skills, as well as strong managerial experience Strong and demonstrated leadership skills motivating and influencing others Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and with clients Recognized for his or her execution skills Presentation skills both written and oral Ability to manage in a matrix environment Driven, confident, organized and an accomplished problem-solver skills Possess the power of critical thinking and good negotiation power Ability to work within a matrix organization and partner effectively with product partners and Banking colleagues Self motivated, highly ambitious and goal oriented with a track record of consistent revenue generation To convey instructions clearly Actively looking for ways to help people Risk Management skills Qualifications : University Degree, MBA preferred Seasoned Banker, with more than 10 years in Banking and/or Product experience Strong knowledge of Banking and Risk Management Organization Knowledge of Latin America business market environment Proven track record of team building, leadership and delivering revenue goals Sound product understanding Strong, proven financial and business acumen Ability to make decisions with a clear focus on all Competencies : Forward looking strategic thinker with good judgment and a practical understanding of Banking and GSG dynamics Highly Knowledgeable of the Global, Regional and local GSG Portfolio Demonstrates strong work ethic Creative, innovative, high energy with strong initiative Strong execution skills: thorough follow-through & attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal skills
