develop are widely available to all. The Office of Finance and Risk Infrastructure
(FRI) is a separate organization within Global Functions. FRI is transforming
the Risk and Finance infrastructure by improving data quality at source, using
common data and data standards and implementing common processes and integrated
technology platforms. Responsibilities: The Mexico Genesis & Data Quality Manager
has direct responsibility for the following activities: • Leadership
of Genesis Acquisition and Upgrades as per Global guidelines. • Management
of Release Stabilization Issue (RSIs) process: initiation, maintenance and
closure. • Coordination
with Regional consumers of Genesis information. • Management
of IMR initiation process and supporting of the IMR delivery process. Partner
with the Chief Data Office (CDO) office, Regional and Local Regulatory Reporting
teams, and GFTS in order to resolve the issues within the standard
timeframes. Ensure timely execution
against plan, manage risks, issues and escalations as appropriate. • Serve
as liaison with Global Data Services and Global Data Quality teams. • Leadership
of initiatives that improve the quality of data across Countries and Finance
applications. • Provide
a consolidated view of Data Quality initiatives. Provide senior management with
updated implementation plans, project schedules, benchmark metrics, communications
documents and follow-up. Timely escalate issues to Senior Management. • Coordinate
with the Data Quality teams in FRSS Costa Rica and Tampa. • Management
of Adjustment Reduction initiatives for the Region. Ensure plans are put in
place with milestones, resourcing and dependencies. • Ensure
IMR coverage for adjustments as per the annual goals defined for Latam. • Manage
Genesis and Data Quality analysts and their related performance and
deliverables. Set clear goals for direct reports. Qualifications Requirements: • 8-10 years of experience in Finance and/or Risk; • Experience in process/system implementation; • Strong analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved quality procedures and standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration and Social Sciences (Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field); • Ability to solve problems and articulate potential solutions; • Manage the planning and scheduling of implementation project; • Proven track record collaborating and building relationships • Be able to interpret global guidelines and implement global standards into local environment; • Deliver deadlines and comply with corporate calendar; • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding project management and execution skills • Ability to work independently as well as with remote groups; • Ability to manage multiple deliverables • Excellent time management skills. • Strong organizational skills • Bi-lingual superior communication, both orally and written in English and Spanish.
