Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: Yes, 10 % of the Time Job ID: 17066418 Description Job Profile: – Performs complex assignments as it impacts directly on the business (es). – Applies specialized field knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and/or evaluating processes and information. – Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area understanding related industry practices. – Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. – Develops technical knowledge of industry practices and standards. – Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way while being sensitive to audience diversity. Qualifications Qualifications: – A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ((Audit, Programming, Project Management) from FRO Products) OR related business experience. -Two to four years of relevant work experience. – Intermediate to advance English proficiency. Skill Requirements: -Strong knowledge of their own process and its linkages with other processes and teams (within FRO and with other CSC Products). – A degree in Accounting or Finance – 2 to 4 years of Relevant Accounting experience performing general ledger balance sheet account analysis and / or reconciliations in Accounting, Finance or Audit -Strong research and analytics experience on remediation of aged balance sheet accounts, difference or open items. -Must be well organized, proficient in excel and experience handling large volumes of financial data on spreadsheets. – CPA is a plus.
