Applies specialized field knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and/or evaluating processes and information. Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area understanding related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops technical knowledge of industry practices and standards. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way while being sensitive to audience diversity. Skill-Set Requirements Have an analytic, investigative and problem solving skills. Basic Microsoft package knowledge. Basic Accounting and/or technology skill-sets Demonstrates ability for attention to details. Internal candidates shall have a strong knowledge of their own process and its linkages with other processes and teams (within FRO and with other CSC Products). Knowledge in CITIGL, NAPSGL and CBSI platforms. Qualifications / Prior Experience A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Audit, Programming, Project Management) from FRO Products) OR related business experience. Two – four years of relevant work experience. Intermediate to advance English proficiency Minimum expected standards, behaviors and leadership traits (Competencies) Buddy to new team members and effectively guides them on Citi policies & processes. Good communication skills – oral and written. Proactively takes charge of own training needs and develops training plan. Proactively discusses IDPs with matrix direct manager and acts on the feedback. Participates in VOE initiatives. Shows a demonstrated familiarity with CSS Value Contribution Model & FRO vision, mission & strategy. Demonstrates ability to implement and endorse FRO procedures related to Risk & Control and Migration methodology.
