Integrates domain knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub functions/ job family. Applies project management skills. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Accountable for timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. Qualifications Job Requirements: Demonstrates ability for attention to details. Have an analytic, investigative and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of their own process and its linkages with other processes and teams (within FRO and with other CSC Products). Managerial/Leading basic skill set to ensures effective controls as agreed are in place. Specific Requirements: A degree in Accounting or Finance. 4 to 6 of relevant Accounting experience performing general ledger balance sheet account analysis and / or reconciliations in Accounting, Finance or Audit. Strong research and analytics experience on remediation of aged balance sheet accounts, difference or open items. Must be well organized, proficient in excel and experience handling large volumes of financial data on spreadsheets. CPA is a plus.
