Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17063164 Description Financial Knowledge to provide the Data quality and consistency of the numbers in order to be able to understand faster the requirements and be able to connect the dots of all the systems to see impacts and avoid issues, also to apply the requirements in the best way needed to assure the proper results in a daily basis. Having a structured way of working which leads to an organized and controlled management of information such as mappings, reports and big amount of data lines monthly. Direct contact with the costumers (controllers) in order to assure daily process, quality data and accurate information. Performs complex assignments as it impacts directly on the business (es). Applies specialized field knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and/or evaluating processes and information. Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area understanding related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops technical knowledge of industry practices and standards. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way while being sensitive to audience diversity. Qualifications A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ((Audit, Programming, Project Management) from FRO Products) OR related business experience. Two – four years of relevant work experience. Intermediate to advance English proficiency. Roles and Responsabilities: GOC and MGSM Maintenance Requests: Review, submit and validate COG and Managed Segment Maintenance requests. Review Mappings and identify inconsistancys. Review and confirm maintenance needed with Country Controller and obtain appropriate approvals. Submit mapping maintenance requests to internal FRO stakeholder and/or Prepare and submit adjustments. Mapping definitions to accomplish financial and bussiness requirements Coordinate with controllers on the status of Legal book/ledger entries Monitor completion of Financial Account level and Management level Financials Reviews Record Level Checks Daily checks Data quality assurance and consistency of financial calculations such as revaluation, translation Dimension restrictions and edit check review and actions to correct Unmapped review and corrections
