Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 18008959 Description Fin Solutions Analyst 2 -Performs complex assignments as it impacts directly on the business (es). – Applies specialized field knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and/or evaluating processes and information. – Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area understanding related industry practices. – Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. – Develops technical knowledge of industry practices and standards. – Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way while being sensitive to audience diversity. -Drive organizational change taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities. Acts as a champion for business process changes; act behind the scenes to craft solutions for business problems related or tangential to the project. -Partner with Technology, Business and other FRSS groups on core platform delivery functions. Qualifications Experience: – A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Audit, Business, Project Management) from FRSS Products OR related business experience. – Two to four years of relevant work experience. – Understanding of Financial Reporting Processes, Consumption, Data and Platforms. – Ability to work effectively and efficiently towards a common goal in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands. Knowledge, Skills, Expertise: – Deep knowledge of principles, practices and theories of Financial Processes. – Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. – Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk. – Strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices. – Works with senior management to resolve more complex problems. Communication Effectiveness: – Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills. – Ensures open communication across project teams. Handles broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences. – Creates a forum and format for ongoing open communication within functional area or among departments. – Promotes knowledge of team’s work to gain support for ongoing and future initiatives.
