Primary Location: Mexico Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: Yes, 10 % of the Time Job ID: 18000913 Description Role resides in FP&A, specifically in the Expense Management Group. This area is responsible for the analysis, research, definition, management and control of the expenses of the GCB businesses. The objective is to manage GRB’s ~$2,000MM annual expense budget or roughly 70% of total GCB Expense. GRB Business comprises ~21000 HS and 17 different managed segments, includes ~1,480 Branches and over 8,700 ATMs and CDMs. The role requires the knowledge of the operations of the business, analysis and estimation of expenses and the elaboration of presentations for Senior Management. This role represents the main source of expense insight for the business and entails short and long term expense projections based on drivers and business or economic trends. It also requires the identification of savings and expense opportunities to meet targets or improve the business efficiency ratio. Set optimum mechanisms and processes to follow, evaluate and control expense allowing the timely identification of variances vs forecasts, expense reduction opportunities and other impacts to the expense budget of the bank. Stablish commitments and agreements with the various teams of the business in order to meet the budget or to redefine their budgets to meet changing requirements from the Corporation. Business projects assessments focusing on the expense impacts to the bank. Design of reports aimed at an efficient control of expenses. It is required less than 10% of time to travel to Costa Rica COE for in situ supervision purposes. Responsibilities : · EXPENSE AND MAIN BUSINESS DRIVERS ANALYSIS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE EXPENSE INSIGHT, IDENTIFY DEVIATIONS VS. PLAN AND OTHER ESTIMATES AND EXISTING RISKS & OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY RATE OR MEET TARGETS · KEY STAKEHOLDER IN EXPENSE APPROVAL PROCESS AND THUS THE EXPENSE BUDGET CONTROL · DEFINITION OF PLANS, OUTLOOKS AND OTHER FORECASTS. MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF GRB EXPENSES PLAN ($2,000MM ANNUALLY). · EXPENSE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL. · PRESENTATIONS AND COMMUNICATION OF RESULTS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT · BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT Qualifications Requirements : · 5-8 years of experience preferably with knowledge of the Financial
Retail Business. · Knowledge of

in Economics, Administration and Social Sciences (Accounting, Finance, Economy,
Administration & related) · Master degree
