Primary Location: India,Maharashtra,Mumbai Education: Master’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17074148 Description Shift Timings: 1pm to 10 pm Job Purpose: An effective team lead who will be managing about $ 4.0 B of global functions charge out and opportunity analysis for cost savings This role demands techno-functional skills, People management, stake holder manage met, delivery management along with supervising Cost model build processes Manage team based out of Mumbai and Costa Rica. Also functional leadership over parts of ABC process globally Interaction with senior Finance and Global Function leadership globally to conduct ABC interview, driver analysis and Charge out Interact with Business CFO/Global Function heads on opportunity analysis and robotics implementation Support Business units, in all aspects of cost modelling including ability to build enterprise-wide ABC charge out using ABM tool, cost estimation and modelling, cost allocation Job Background/Context: Role will have direct responsibility for the day to day operation of a local/global team ensuring that all operational activities completed to support global high standards The candidate will be in managing team involved in Activity Based costing modelling and analytics using SQL, VBA, Qlikview and Advanced excel Job required working with senior stakeholders and get involved in cross team collaboration with Global Functions, Finance and FRSS teams Key Responsibilities: Manage ABC team based out of NY and Mumbai. Functional leadership of ABC process globally Discussions with Global Functions stakeholders to collect information/conduct interview to facilitate charge out process. Also provide opportunity analysis for cost saving Interact with senior stakeholders in Finance to provide transparency on charge out Techno functions knowledge to lead the team working on SQL (joins, sub queries, nested queries, performance tuning), Qlikview, SAS and other IT systems.) Manage model development process with modelling teams Managing data collection process (planning, coordinating, tracking, etc.) based on agreed upon scope Developing communications around future enhancements and potential opportunities of ABC data Engaging and working with the team members to get the best automated solution Performing Ad hoc activities, undertake other assigned projects as requested Coordinate cross team meetings on a regular basis Good presentation and business writing skills Development of business dashboard views Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: 15 years’ of extensive experience in Banking industry with knowledge of Banking product, processes and analytics Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Qlikview, SAS-EG is an added advantage Considerable experience of dealing with senior management in a multi-function environment Skills: Strong Leadership and Motivational skills Innovation and change management implementation Excellent communication skills Excellent workflow management skills/experience Process re-engineering and improvement Qualifications: CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA Competencies: Excellent Technical skills, team handling skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent planning and organizing skills Ability to develop strong professional relationships Strong research skills Accuracy and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames Pro-active, flexible, have good organizational skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment
