JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – Responsible for consolidating monthly financial reports for the Global KYC group (AML) Collaborate with workgroup managers to analyze monthly financial results and/or trending financial data, support planning/forecast process. Review financial information from Global KYC groups, for accuracy, expense re-class, review and research of variances Work with global reporting team (FIN) to analyze and effectively communicate the financial results to workgroup managers and Directors Prepare financial packages and schedule and facilitate financial meetings with Global KYC (AML) groups that you are supporting Support Global KYC groups with external and internal third party billing processes, work with the workgroup managers to ensure accuracy that all services are been charged correctly Monitor and report to senior leadership T&E expenses of Global KYC group Work collectively with Finance team in collecting and reporting metrics and cost drivers for the Global KYC group Participate and/or lead projects as assigned Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 5+ years of relevant experience Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required. Excellent analytical background and skill set to understand complex processes Able to work with large volumes of data from different sources. Willingness to work flexible hours or on an Citi Work Strategies (CWS) environment. Ability to multi-task, be proactive and goal-oriented. Strong interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written) and confidence to work with different levels of management. Behavioral Skills Strong organizational and planning skills to manage a large number of requests. Attention to detail with a high degree of control and emphasis toward quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions. Ability to work independently and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative. High caliber team player with good judgment, flexibility and productivity. Quick learner, customer focused with ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced changing environment. Forward looking with ability to mitigate and overcome any challenging roadblocks. Must have “can do” attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Strong relationship and teamwork skills with hands–on approach.
