- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- Excellent written and oral additional language skills - Spanish / Portuguese
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Aptitude for IT and Technology and comprehensive understanding of Latest technologies
- Basic understanding of ITIL/Service Management processes
