Description Major job functions: Administerand control the collection of revenue and expense data for preparation offinancial statements and expenses. Overseethe administration of annual budgets, long range plans and economicforecasts. Reviewand approve the preparation and issuance of general ledgers, income statements,and monthly budget reports. Studyoperations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts,and project information to determine optimal worker functions andresponsibilities. Applystatistical methods and perform calculations to determine manufacturingprocesses, staff requirements, and production standards. Coordinatequality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximizeproduct reliability, and minimize cost. Reviewproduction orders, schedules, and related information to obtain knowledge ofmanufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Estimateproduction cost and effect of product design changes for management review,action, and control. Evaluateprecision and accuracy of production and testing procedures to formulatecorrective action plan. Analyzestatistical data and product specifications to determine standards andestablish quality and reliability objectives of finished product. Establish,create, produce and report department metrics and analysis to the managementteam. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree in Industrial Engineering or a related field or equivalent workexperience 5+years’ experience in Industrial Engineering Experiencewith credit data is a plus Proficientknowledge of multiple statistical tools (Tableau, SAS, SigmaXL, MicrosoftOffice Suite, etc.) Entrepreneurialspirit with the aptitude to work, negotiate and implement change acrossmultiple teams Provenability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellentquantitative, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Goodwritten and verbal communication skills Abilityto present to Senior Management
