It is part of the Infraestructure Regional Team and give supports to Business units GCG (Global Consumer Group), Technology and Other CTI teams as well as work with global areas like TPM (Thirth Party Management), BRC (Bussines Recovery Coordinator), DRP (Disaster Recovery Proceses). The core responsibility will be SME for the IT service for Acquiring and additional will work like Business Owner about the Third Party Relation by CTI Adquirence, BRC and DRP representative for the regional figure in Costa Rica and Site Manager for the regional TechRoom in Costa Rica. (Prosix) .These roles requires knowledge of the technologies supported and related Citi policies, process and flows (TPM, BRC, DRP ejm). Responsabilities • As the SME (Subject Matter Expert) by Adquirence IT will be the Service owner, responsible for ensuring the stability of Citi Central America services working like a partner with the IT, Tech, Incident and problems teams, the roll include too responsibilities about the project, risk management, Dash Board, Maintenance Schedule (Time Frame) patching, Optimization / Stabilization Plans about this must have participate actively with several teams related to ensure the best solution about the projects, CAPs, ITPSE etc . • As BAO Support (Business Activity Owner Support) will be responsible to ensure the execution of Third Party Management’s policies, BAU reviews (audit, documentation, TP-RAP, reconciliations, Exit Strategy Plan, Records Management Compliance, Contract Reviews , Applicable Policies, Procedures, Laws, and Regulations, Relationship SLA Management, Risk Management -Assessments/Analysis Review, Issues/Gaps Remediation, Required Training Completion, Compliance with Cross-Border Clearance Requirements), revisions and renewals of contracts about the Relations of CTI by Adquirence services. • As BRC will be responsible about the entity for Regional CTI Team and entity for CSS CTI TEAM this involves execute all policies and BAU activities like Support Documentation Plan (BIA, BRP, CMP, M&R YEAR END ATTESTATIONS, ECCMP–EMERGENCY CITI CRISIS), Support Testing Plan like Call List update, Call Tree (Dialogic–Manual), DOS (Denial of Service) Global Tests, Capacity Tests , Independent review and give attention to real event of recuperation processes. • As DRP Coordinator will be act like SME about DRP policies and flow for the CTI-Tech Teams, represent the group with the DRP Global Team and attend and Coordinate each test related to regional applications installed on Prosix TR ensuring participation for Technological, CTI and Business Tester team required, ensure test for each application on scope and execute individual review with each Application Manager registering results on Cobtrack and documenting any issue with the Risk Team Management. • As Site Manager of Regional Techroom Services will be work closely with the Local CTI Head and will be responsible by attend any request needed for support on site related to the Tech Room on Prosix Building this include physical equipment review, coordinate support with the Third Party Services, attend CRS request or coordinate with them (maintenance, electrical charge review etc), work with the Regional Site Management Team to ensure BAU activities like Peer Reviews, Installation/decommission and reconciliation process, HW receive and Access Control. Qualifications • Knowledge about infrastructure required by Adquirence and Authorizations services, Meganac infrastructure, POS (point of Sales) Dial-Ethernet-Gprs-Chip and Contact Less, PCI and PII policies, SSL and encryption protocols. • Understanding about Network concepts • Technical planning and problem determination skills. • Good organization skills to enable multiple tasks to be addressed concurrently. • 3+ years of professional experience in technology infrastructure operations. • Ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams. • Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. • Focus on service, delivery and execution.
