Description Develops and delivers employee communications to educate, inform and engage internal personnel on a variety of corporate and local business, community, human resources and other diverse topics through different channels and platforms, including e-mails, newsletters, website content, SharePoint portals, videos, PowerPoint presentations, flyers, posters, social media platforms, among others. Assesses the effectiveness of content, channels, platforms, campaigns and programs related to internal communications through the implementation of surveys and other mechanisms to measure audience responsiveness; recommends strategies, plans and changes to improve the range and effectiveness of internal communications. Works with other communication specialists across multiple businesses and geographies on the development and delivery of content to expand our audience beyond local scope. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Defines and develops communications strategies and plans in collaboration with management and other stakeholders, for diverse topics, programs and campaigns. Executes communication plans, stages and steps within certain timeframe constraints. Researches, recommends and masters a diversity of communication channels and platforms according to the goals and requirements of strategies and plans. Develops and delivers content to implement strategies, plans and programs, through the applicable channels, platforms and media. Proposes design concepts, designs and develops graphic elements, templates and other visual resources for its distribution to diverse audiences. Measures the effectiveness of communications through internal surveys and other measurement methods. Proposes appropriate changes and adjustments in order to improve communications effectiveness. Provides input and expertise to management in the identification of areas of need and approaches to connect with people, with the primary goal of fostering employee engagement, team development and sense of belonging. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, technical writing, advertising, publishing, marketing or applicable field. Minimum of 2 year’s of applicable experience. Advanced knowledge of the English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written. General knowledge of content design concepts and principles. Creative, innovative. Ability to create and combine graphics elements and visual resources in support of content delivery. Proven experience of graphics design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Knowledge of content delivery platforms and channels, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Flash, Silverlight, HTML 5, e-mail, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Experience in content editing, printing processes and publication production. General knowledge of photography concepts and principles is a plus. Knowledge of Experian’s products and services is a plus. Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers. Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening .
