Job Description

We are looking for someone to help create a music studio / game room at Coravida .. open to all kinds of ideas on how to make it fun.
The room will function as a place to :
— jam out with musical instruments
— record music (proper acoustic installation / sound proofing
— watch movies / do gaming/ do video editing or video conferences (I am imagining a projector or big monitors on the wall)
— record videos (proper lighting / green screen setup)
— the current room is about 400 square feet apartment and will also serve as a place for people to sleep at night (air mattress or fold down beds)
I am looking for ideas on how to
A – Create a stylish multipurpose room
B – Do it economically
C – Do it in a time efficient manner
The current area for this is about 400 square feet.
