Description Role Overview This role provides the right person a fantastic opportunity to join a truly global team. The Employee IT team are responsible for all aspects of end user computing at Experian, looking after everything from desktops and service desk through to Unified Communications and conferencing. You may be based in Bulgaria but should expect to be communicating and collaborating with colleagues and customers around the world daily. Job Description The Messaging Engineer works as part of a team responsible for Global Service delivery of email, instant messaging, and mobility services to Experian’s workforce as well as migration of key messaging services to Office 365. Key Responsibilities: Exchange Online (Office 365) migration and support Migration of user and shared mailboxes to Exchange Online (Office 365) Exchange 2010 maintenance and support Migration of user’s mobile devices to Outlook for iOS and Android Mail flow support and incident resolution Adherence to ITIL standards and processes Incident resolution Problem Management Change Management Service Acceptance Business Continuity Capacity Management Support and maintain production systems BAU queue management T3 technology SME in Exchange 2010 and Exchange Online Creating and maintaining support documentation Skills and Experience: Experience of the following technologies is required Exchange 2010 SMTP Exchange Online Microsoft Windows 2008 Microsoft Active Directory Powershell Mobile Device Management and Administration systems such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune Email Hygiene systems such as Proofpoint, Symantec Messagelabs, Cisco Ironport, Mimesweeper The following skills are required Ability to work within a team as well as independently Highly proficient troubleshooting and problem solving skills Knowledge of ITIL processes Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with internal/external customers, vendors, management etc. in both formal and informal situations Being self-motivated and accountable for service delivery, adherence to standards and delivery timelines Strong Automation skills Strong analytical skills Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Skills and Experience: Experience of the following technologies is required 3yrs+ experience of administering Exchange 2010 and Exchange Online preferred Exchange 2010 Office 365 Exchange Online SMTP Exchange Online Microsoft Windows 2008 Microsoft Active Directory Powershell Mobile Device Management and Administration systems such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune Email Hygiene systems such as Proofpoint, Symantec Messagelabs, Cisco Ironport, Mimesweeper The following skills are required Ability to work within a team as well as independently Highly proficient troubleshooting and problem solving skills Knowledge of ITIL processes Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with internal/external customers, vendors, management etc. in both formal and informal situations Being self-motivated and accountable for service delivery, adherence to standards and delivery timelines
