Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: High School Diploma/GED Job Function: Operations Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Temporary Travel Time: Yes, 10 % of the Time Job ID: 17066311 Description The Non Employee Staffing Office (NESO)functions as a centralized model in support of Citi to deliver a best in class service to its clients. The Program utilizes a centralized Recruiting structure to engage staff augmentation contractor resources for the firm. The model facilitates speed to market and the ability to obtain top talent in the market place. In addition, cost savings are achieved through leveraging buying power, and risk is mitigated as a result of a consistent set of processes and procedures in alignment with Corporate Due Diligence requirements. The onboarding and offboarding of contractor resources is also centralized allowing for repeatable processes, which foster expedient cycle times. The streamlined process allows for resources to start their engagements within the required timeframes so there is no impact to project deliverables. The Mexico & LATAM Staffing Office OnBoarding Team Lead is responsible for day to day oversight of the onboarding operations for all nonemployees across Mexico & LATAM. The Mexico & LATAM Onboarding Team Lead has responsibility for continued process improvement to drive best in class consistent processes across the regions with a focus on elimination of inefficiencies for increased productivity. The resource is responsible for rolling out a consistent onboarding process across all Sectors across the region in order to ensure regulatory requirements are met and resources are engaged witin required timeframes. In addition, the resource will serve as Regional Lead for Fieldglass tool implementations including data reconciliation, UAT, and training/communications. Beyond the aforementioned scope expansion. Day to day management of onboarding, offboarding, renewals processing, approvals validation, and data changes for Mexico & LATAM Region. Ensure one set of consistent processes across core Staffing Office On/Offboarding functions is implemented and maintained going forward with clear SLAs defined and achieved consistently. Qualifications At least 4 years’ strong experience in Operations Management. Resource will have strong experience in buy side operations including onboarding/off boarding with a strong understanding of the staffing industry and supplier relationship management. The role requires strong experience in understanding a Preferred Supplier Program and how to execute upon the strategy of a centralized utility including day to day management of supplier community to ensure processes are followed and compliance is achieved. The role also requires a thorough understanding of detailed processes from end to end on buy side including approvals, onboarding, renewals, and off boarding. In addition, effective Project Management skills are necessary in order to manage special initiatives and process re-engineering efforts.
