Job Description – Office Support & Administration Assistant Senior (171506) Experian is an Equal Opportunity Employer Office Support & Administration Assistant Senior – Job Number: 171506 Description Handle an extensive array of administrative tasks including; calendar management, making travel arrangements for VP, Sales Director, and other employees, preparing & tracking expense reports and coordinating meetings & group events. Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion. Assist in preparation of presentations and correspondence. Assist in preparation of business/client meetings both in-office and off site. Assist in other administrative responsibilities such as photocopying, binding for presentations, printing. Coordination and scheduling of outbound Fed Ex shipments. Facilitation of standard employee requests (hardware, software, etc.) through the internal request tracking system. Assist the Recruiting Team with scheduling interviews Desk / office set up for new hires. Coverage of front desk and greeting visitors. Correspond with office facilities on ordering supplies and maintenance of office equipment. Correspond with Building Management for access badges and parking passes Event Planning and coordinating Collaborate to generate and deliver Software Quality Assurance Metrics to GTS Site Leader Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to update processes based on Engineers recommendations Provide help to Costa Rica GTS Site Leader on tracking GTS Projects that could be related to the GTS Team or Quality Assurance Team. Provide Quality Assurance tickets follow-up with external software vendors. Assist GTS Site Leader to execute, track and update Costa Rica GTS and ECQA Budget. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience combined with a technical school certification. Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Proven mastery of Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Exceptional analytical skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the capability to perform seamlessly & professionally. Detail oriented, able to think and work independently with little direction. Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers. Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening.
