Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17075724 Description Job Purpose : The FP&A Costa Rica Talent Development and Strategy Support role will focus broadly on strengthening the alignment between business priorities execution and support the organizational strategy (structure, processes, systems, culture) with significant exposure to senior executives finance leaders. Responsibilities include: communication (including the development of the Global FP&A webpage), culture transformation, organization & job design, training, change management, talent management, and diversity. The role will also drive the internship program for the organization. The role involves supporting FP&A leaders and stakeholders across Global FP&A businesses and regions and partnering with corporate colleagues to provide Human Resources and Communication insight into strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities : · Partner to design and deliver high potential development programs for FP&A organization, including coaching of high potentials · Lead the highly successful intership program within the organization · Develop and maintain the Global FP&A webpage in CitiFinance · Support efforts to build manager capability around talent assessment and development · Identify, initiate, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities for the Costa Rica FP&A Site · Apply Organizational Development expertise and bring a consultative approach to develop and implement creative solutions to meet business needs · Support the successful deployment of the Voice of the Employee Culture Survey; assisting in interpreting employee survey results and creating tools to drive positive change · Offer direction and support for VOE programs and practices in partnership with HR and business leaders · Leading team dynamics and organization effectiveness programs and initiatives · Analyze current incentive compensation programs to determine plan effectiveness and models proposed to ensure viability of design and to insure industry competitive payments for appropriate performance requirements · Help design and implement system, methods, and tools required to support our incentive programs · Support the corporate compensation deliverables / initiatives and assisting in the management of the corporate compensation programs · Facilitate variable compensation design meetings and assist Business Leaders in building and maintaining fair and motivational incentive programs · Act as a change management specialist to assess, define, and drive activities to establish organizational effectiveness and sustain culture change through effective communications strategies · Conduct focus group sessions and surveys to gather feedback on plan effectiveness and proposed changes · Partner with CSC and Global Learning leaders to deliver customized learning activities for FP&A · Develop of specialized training for targeted audiences · Diagnose business needs and deliver appropriate solutions by providing consultation, coaching and facilitation · Act as FP&A representative for global Diversity work, with the goal of strengthening our talent pool and increasing representation at senior levels Qualifications Qualifications : · Bachelor´s or advanced degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Public Relations or any related/equivalent field is required. · Experience working with functional teams (Finance, Risk, or alike) · Strong presentation and public speaking skills. · Demonstrate success in managing multiple deliverables concurrently often within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressure Competencies: · Ownership & Accountability · Delivering Results · Goal Orientation · Operational Effectiveness · Integrity & Ethics · Self -Motivation · Fast learner · Working within the parameters of set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm · Meeting deadlines and achieving service excellence · Customer orientation
