Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Non-Degree Program Job Function: Program/Project Management Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17076375 Description Program Management Analyst 2 Support the entitlements management functions and billing process of all M&A divestitures globally. The position will include getting engaged in supporting multiple M&A Deals globally throughout the M&A process after deal signing through termination of the Transition period. Job Description: The position will support the entitlement management (control access to approved Citi and non-Citi applications and platforms) n of current and new divested employees related to our M&A deals globally. This function includes the creation and deletion of divested employees in the Citi platforms and the review and approval of any new requests (via Citi market Place) according to the approved set of rules established for each divestiture. This function may also support the TSA (Transition Services Agreement) Billing process on assigned deals. Qualifications Job Qualifications: Deep understanding of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures terminology and the related activities associated in coordinating and facilitating the separation activities of businesses Solid knowledge on CMP (Citi Market Place) approval process flows to control new entitlement request to pre-approved applications per divestiture Deep knowledge of the APS, Citi’s intercompany billing system Process oriented in order to keep and report on entitlements management processes by M&A deal as required Knowledge of Citi’s Global Information Security standards and procedures Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration or similar background – desirable Additionally it is important to possess the following proficiencies: Verbal and written communication skills Experience in presentation skills Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications Knowledge of HR systems like NEMS, HRMS, HRSS, GDW Proficiency in English and Spanish Basic Portuguese
