Job Description – Project Management Coordinator (171493) Experian is an Equal Opportunity Employer Project Management Coordinator – Job Number: 171493 Description Summary Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company standards, commitments and goals. The Project manager will support all projects under the NA Productivity initiative. Working with project managers to ensure all deliverables are on time and reported correctly. Training content and records are well organized and current. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting are all important duties of the Project manager. The project manager also is a key liaison with relevant finance partners to ensure project savings are documented and trapped in appropriate P&L’s. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate and report on all projects under NA Productivity initiative Provide weekly scorecard reporting for project portfolio Maintain resource EmPower candidates pool Build project funnel and maintain project potentials Partner with finance to maintain financial benefit project tracking Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Provide support for project tasks and project definition Ensure project milestones are being met Manage project benefits and tracking Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Ensure projects meet standards for storytelling and executive level reporting Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project portfolio to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor degree Qualification in project management or equivalent Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Direct work experience in project management capacity Proven experience in Six Sigma Proven experience in risk management Proven experience in change management Proficient in project management software Key competencies Critical thinking and problem solving skills Planning and organizing Decision-making Communication skills Influencing and leading Delegation Team work Negotiation Conflict management Adaptability Stress tolerance Job : Project Management Primary Location : Costa Rica-Heredia-Heredia Schedule : Full-time Job Posting : 09/13/2017, 4:01:50 PM Organization : Finance Equal Employment Opportunity Statement It is the policy of Experian to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
