Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Finance Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: Yes, 10 % of the Time Job ID: 18007251 Description Job Purpose: The main objective of this position is the preparation and review of the Variance analysis of LATAM countries. The financial analyst will coordinate and execute of the Month end Reporting and Analysis function . Key Responsibilities: •Act as main contact of the specific cluster. •Complete the Month End Process with quality results: supervise analysts results and quality of data. •Share responsibilities with the country team to review Management and Product profitability reports and ensure accurate results. Produce reports for Senior Management and Regional Office on behalf of countries. •Work closely with countries to support them in the regionalization of their processes. Anticipate issues and provide technical solutions for their business requirements: Variance Analysis and processes review to capture any potential problem. •Supervise the results of the area and ensure the quality of the information: Apply controls over Reconciliation process. •Coordinate and execute Migrations, new system implementations, and any Corporate initiative with impact in the Region. •Ensure appropriate hiring through the selection of appropriate candidates for each function. Qualifications Qualifications Post-graduation degree in Finance, CPA or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Global organization preferably in Finance Leadership skills Ability to influence Ability to adapt to an environment under constant change Stakeholder management Communication skills Negotiation skills and issue management skills Analytical profile Experience supervising people. Project Management skills a plus. Lean or Six sigma background a plus Skills: •English advanced (C1). •Portuguese desirable. •Technical: MS Office advanced GL packages and ERP systems as Oracle, People Soft, Cosmos and Flexcube. •Management abilities. •Stress Handling. •Deliver results meeting due dates. •At least 50% availability to Local and International travel during migration cycle. •Banking Product knowledge.
