Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Risk Management Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 17076075 Description Reporting to the AML Director of CBSU, the Workflow/Production Manager is responsible for case assignment, daily capacity planning, work queue management and SharePoint oversight. The Workflow/Production Manager will manage workflow to meet established SLA’s and achieve sustainability in supporting NAM CBSU. This will require in-depth research to identify issues (out of scope cases, tech issues, etc.) and develop innovative solutions to prevent future occurrence. Responsibilities will include: • Manage the work assignment process, complete data scrub, and resolve any data and/or SharePoint/KYC pipeline management issues. • Establish and manage daily analyst production goals for all STL case assignments (Periodic Review, Wealth Holding Vehicle, Material Change). • Monitor analyst capacity and assignments, working with the Leads & Managers to ensure proper queue coverage at all times. • Conduct ongoing capacity planning through review of daily vacation / capacity stats to ensure proper coverage of all work queues and adjust assignments as needed. • Provide feedback to Managers on analyst performance and provide coaching support as needed. • Identify issues, data trends and prioritize workflow and production improvement action items • Analyze production performance against business/sustainability goals and provide updates to Management Team • Directly impact the business objectives by influencing strategic workflow processes Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years equivalent relevant work experience required · Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint is required · Ability to work independently and effectively in a rapidly changing environment · Ability to lead key initiatives/own projects · Strong leadership, communication, influencing, analytic, time management, problem-solving, business knowledge, decision-making and negotiation skills · Experience working with large amounts of disparate data · Strong risk management background · Ability to drive new initiatives and proof of concepts with stakeholders, with the ability to assess requirements and establish timelines
