Primary Location: Costa Rica Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Function: Operations Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Employee Status: Regular Travel Time: No Job ID: 18003951 Description Job Purpose: Work as a liaison between the business (FRO Costa Rica) and the technology team in charge of developing RPA solutions, to analyze the processes assigned and identified for Robotics and assist with the requirement gathering to create the required documentation and coordinate proper reviews between technology and the business and overseeing the UAT. Key Responsibilities: Identify and lead the RPA Champions for the different process areas within FRO Costa Rica. Provide training sessions and coordinate monthly meetings with the RPA Champions, to review existing projects and share best practices. Work closely with the RPA Champions on analyzing the processes assigned and identified for RPA development. Work with the RPA Champions to identify and create all the Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) which include (but may not be limited to): Agile Iterative Methodology, process flows, process maps, process documentations, and process recordings. Coordinate regular project meetings between the project team, including the RPA Champions and technology team. Oversee ad assist UAT and highlight all noted issues during the testing immediately to the project team, including monitoring of testing progress and measuring results. Coordinate communication between the project team. Technology and the RPA Champions. Includes following up or required actions. Provide project management support on RPA projects. Work with each RPA Champion to create management reporting on RPA projects in scope to RPLs, GPLs and center head as required. Assist in ad hoc requests from Management. Maintain and coordinate the RPA inventory. Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance or Business fields required Fluency in English and Spanish. (English +80%) Minimum 2 years of work experience in project management. Financial Services Organization experience preferred. Highly proficient in the use of desktop tools and software such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access and Visio Scrum and Six Sigma Certifications preferred. Skills: Strong ability to influence people without direct authority.
