Description Actively participate in software design discussions, reviews, and test strategy sessions Analyze application requirements and design documents Develop test plans, create test cases, setup test data, execute tests, analyze and document results Maintain automated regression test suites Research problems reported in production application and communicate results with appropriate parties for resolution Provide time estimates for quality assurance tasks for the purpose of resource and project planning Identify potential process improvement areas, suggest options, and recommend approaches Represent management or lead at status and technical meetings, as needed Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Experience/Education/Training required: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 2. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience including 2 years in software testing/development. 3. Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers. 4.Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening Mandatory Skills 1. Self-starter with a can-do attitude who can work under minimal supervision, meet tight deadlines, collaborate with and contribute to cross-organizational teams. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Strong time management skills and must be able to multi-task, handling multiple projects/tasks concurrently 4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 5. Good working knowledge of Software Development methodologies 6. Basic to Intermediate software development knowledge concepts and hands on experience on it. 7. Familiarity of a multi-tier architecture is required, including operating systems, servers, networking, clients, and browsers. 8.Good knowledge of Quality Assurance concepts 9. Strong ability to review technical documents and application functionality to formulate functional test plans and test cases, analyze test results. 10. Strong working knowledge of web protocols (HTTP, XML, web services) and multi-tier architecture. 11. One or more years of experience with a scripting language, preferably JavaScript. Preferred Skills 1. Good working knowledge of relational databases. 2. Motivated to learn new technologies and multiple systems. 3. Familiar with Automation Tools like UFT, Ranorex, Selenium 4. Familiar with performance tests like LoadRunner, or other testing tools Nice to Have Skills 1. Knowledge of automated testing concepts 2. Familiar with single sign on concepts 3. Continuous Integration and Delivery knowledge; implementation experience on both topic is a plus.
