Job Description

Description As aTalent Acquisition Coordinatorfor Experian this individual will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners (recruiters)to drive the necessary activity in order to support the recruitment efforts for our operations center located in Costa Rica . They will act as an Ambassador for Experian and will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience for individuals exploring employment opportunities with the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage interview scheduling forexternaland internal candidates Greet candidates, collect documentation, facilitate assessments, and conduct building tours Assists Talent Acquisition Partner with administrative activities (job postings, offer letters, etc.) Coordinate all background investigation with vendor activities for new hires. Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications High Schooldegree completed. Minimum one year experience in an administrative function: Administrative Assistant, Recruiting Assistant, etc. A high level of attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) Multitasking Knowledge of ATS System (Taleo) preferred
