We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead a team of software developers creating innovative features for our industry leading marketing platform. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead development team in architecture and design of new features. Conduct code reviews with team members to ensure code quality, accurate code adhering to Cheetah Digital standards and conventions, and modern security best practices. Work with business stakeholders to provide high level estimates for planned or proposed features. Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C#/Asp.Net/T-SQL and AngularJS. Build standards based frameworks and libraries to support a large-scale application. Improve end-to-end system performance tuning and design for scale Work through all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance Foster interdepartmental relationships with operations, systems, quality-assurance and product departments. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a team lead. 5+ years of development experience with at least one year working with C# .Net technologies and SQL Server. Must have strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner. Excellent coding skills in C# and T-SQL. (Object Oriented Design, relational database modeling, Unit Testing) Experience architecting systems with a distributed deployment model. Experience working with teams, conducting code reviews. Deeply knowledgeable about the web technologies and standards (REST, OAuth, OWASP, IIS, Asp.net, webforms, MVC, Javascript, AngularJS) Familiarity with emerging technologies (Cloud/Serverless infrastructure, docker, noSql/BigData technologies) Deep understanding of ALM, SDLC practices and procedures (CI, Jenkins, Git, github/bitbucket, NuGet, artifcatory). Ability to design and develop software in a group or independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
