Proven experience as dedicated business trainer Outstanding softs skills and systemic approach Organizational, planning and time management skill to meet deadlines and objectives Self-motivated; comfortable working independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills. Have a strong deductive and coaching skills/techniques Strong written and spoken communication English skills Responsibilities: Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics Develop effective job coaching and employment plans Communicate with staff to understand their goals and ambitions and help them achieve them Assist staff to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals Assist clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals Assess the strengths of individuals and teach them to use them effectively Guide clients in learning to complete job tasks Help in the development of motivation and skills Provide coaching in effective job search techniques Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers Ensure that statutory training requirements are met Evaluate training and development programs Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses Develop effective induction programs Develop individual learning plans Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in employees training and development and implement them in trainings delivering.
