Details of the position
  • This role is tasked with following a well-defined workflow, which outlines the process of submitting and scheduling Premier Workshops delivered to customers. Service level agreements must be well understood and closely followed when completing the following delivery tasks:
  • Premier Remote Delivery Workshop: A remote delivery is a workshop where the instructor is remote from all of the attendees.
  • Premier Webcasts: Webcasts are open enrollment deliveries and approximately 2 hours in duration.
  • Premier Onsite Delivery Workshops: The Premier Field Engineer is onsite with the attendees at a customer location.
  • Registration Management Service: Processing TAMs request for registration changes like adds, edits, cancellations, and registration confirmation re-sends after the registration and cancellation periods have passed.
  • Special Projects: Additional assignments may be required outside of the main delivery tasks to support the Workshop Management service.
  • This role requires adequate computer skills to utilize various internal tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail as this process involves direct customer communications.
