Description Handle an extensive array of administrative tasks including; calendar management, making travel arrangements, creation of executive decks, global reports for EITS Operation and other admin related tasks. Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion. Assist in preparation of presentations and correspondence. Assist in preparation of business/client meetings both in-office and off site. Assist in other administrative responsibilities such binding for presentations, printing. Coordination and scheduling of outbound/inbound shipments. Facilitation of standard employee requests (hardware, software, etc.) through the internal request tracking system. Desk / office set up for new hires. Coverage of front desk and greeting visitors. Correspond with office facilities on ordering supplies and maintenance of office equipment. Correspond with Building Management for access badges and parking passes. To manage employees reports to Payrolll as required one time per month. Event Planning and coordinating for EITS Engagement Program. Provide help to Costa Rica EITS Site Director on tracking EITS Projects that could be related to the EITS Teams which reports to him. Assist EITS Site Director to execute, track and update Costa Rica EITS Budget. Assist EITS Site Director to execute local EITS Projects where admin support is needed. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience combined with a technical school certification. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written. Proven mastery of Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Sharepoint is a desirable skill. Exceptional analytical skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the capability to perform seamlessly & professionally. Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers. Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening .
