Job Description – Sales Support Specialist II (171359) Experian is an Equal Opportunity Employer Sales Support Specialist II – Job Number: 171359 Description The Sales Support Associate provides service to clients by responding to requests for information, products or services. Coordinate client requests and service needs with appropriate internal departments and staff to ensure client requirements are met. Serve as a communication liaison between clients and sales to ensure responsiveness Developing close working relationships with assigned clients and vendors. Designs report layouts and compiles data from multiple resources to create customized reports for clients and internal personnel. Conduct periodic audits on pricing, data and client information. Diagnose, research and resolve moderate to complex problems related to membership, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, pricing, intranet access requests and security and compliance regulations. Maintain and update critical account and pricing tables. Educate clients on new and existing products, policies and procedures. Assist in the training of new employees. Client calls; large volume accounts. Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma and/or pursuing University degree 4-5 years advanced customer service skills. Fraud experience a plus. Excellent English written and oral communications skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Advanced organizational skills. Strong PC/mainframe/internet skills. Mainframe or Access experience a plus. Intermediate Excel Level Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
